Birds International Inc. 21-22 July 2008
Mr Antonio M. De Dios owner of BII and also my guide of the day in BII. I am very honoured to be invited to Birds International Inc. in The Phillippines for a very exclusive tour on the 21-22 July. The trip will be very interesting and exciting as BII is a world famous research and breeding center for endangered species of exotic birds. I will be taking lots of valuable pictures and do tune in for them...

I had been to several farms around the region and none as impressive as BII. The owner Mr Antonio M. De Dios had spent 40 over years breeding parrots and I can say he is more to a hobbyist rather than a commerical operator. He shared to me the success of breeding parrots, health and their diet. He personally guide us and explained to us the various sections of the farm. Never before I have seen so many captive bred macaws and amazons. The facilities in the farm are very advanced and even the food for the birds are human grade. I met up with their team of Vets and truly impressed by their knowledge and passion in keeping the birds in the best condition and environment.

Macaws..
And BII is top the list in breeding the Hyacinth among all the farms in the world. I was very impressed to see almost 100 chicks during this trip.

visit to BII
hi! Whati do you mean that the parrots in BII were fed human grade food? I am quite new to bird breeding but i believ that Bii is quite the big commercial operator and can send to many countries in the world.His place was also in some documentary about endangered parrots. I can't remmber the title.I got a few conures from Goodwill Birds Trading that came from BII.
