An AFRICAN GREY PARROT[GREY COLOR PARROT AND RED TAIL] WITH A WHITE METAL CAGE WITH BLUE BASE STOLEN.

I FOUND MY PARROT!!!!!!!! I msged Silvanus to tell him bout the good news!!!!
and from him,i heard there are people who are very aware and actually helped me to look around!!!

LONG POST AHEAD!!
i told my fren, lili, that the jurong west uncle wernt friendly blablabla, and she told me she wan to go down with me to speak to the uncle.
so we went down today, and looked around at the pet shop, we dint speak to the uncle yet and walked towards the opp block, a shop sellin paint blabla, and there are parrots at the shop front.
lili foun the parrots adorable nd decided to hang around to play with the parrots.
some times later, we decided to leave.
wanting to ask if there are anymore petshops around[ulu ulu ones], we went in and ask the shop owner.
then the whole miraculous incident happend.

lili: how much is your parrots ah?
owner: behind also have!
me/ lili: can go behind play with it ma?
owner: cancan!! but dont touch will bite. becareful.
me/lili: okok
then i squated down. the parrot was extremely excited and kept 'screamin'
and was like 'helohelo'
then i was like ,EH! SOund like my parrot! ,to lili.
then i stick my hand in, Eh never bite!!
then i check the leg ring, Eh! my bird!!
then i got so emotional and started cryin.
the bird 'grabd' my finger and started to regurgate to me several times!
lili went to ask the owner: how long you got the parrot?
owner: years
lili: huh, but my fren recognise is her bird.
owner was like really?
then blablablabla etcetc, double long story.
called up my dad, and the police.
owner claimed he paid 600$ for it.
to a malay, tall and skinny.
did i mention someone opp my block gave the same description of the man who took my cage in frantic?

we asked the owner somemore questions.[not in order]
us: what time he came?
owner: 9.30am 17october [parrot was lost between 8.30-9.30, so he acted very fast!!]
us: he came here frequently?
owner: no, but sometimes he is spotted here.he tried offerin to the pet shop, but the pet shop turned him down. he came to ask me, just nice i want a female CAG for breeding, so i agreed. he got also got parrots at home. he claimed is his.

Policed arrived,shant eleborate.
owner wan us to pay $$ at least 300$.
he said: aiya, i make a lost la, sell you back 300$.
i was fine with it, too eager to get birdie back.
dad called, warned me not to give him a single cent.
He explained, he is also at fault, he bought it from someone without copyin his identification.
he could claim any amnt he bought the parrot at, got black and white prove anot?
parrot confirm ours, pay him to buy your parrot back?
Not the $ problem, is ' Yuan ze', things about law. i dont really understand.
if your child is found and the party demand $ and the child to be under him, isnt that ridiculous?
he want to go court with us, my dad is fine with it. but we were not to pay him a single cent.
in the end the parrot went home with me, bought another cage.
Stil hav to go court if he wants.

pet shop owner talked to us, he said he dare not buy the parrot offered to him, becos most of the time these are stolen birds.

we waited for lili dad to fetch us home, no taxi would stop for us.
