Goldfish keeping

Hi RBT.
I am new to this wonderful forum.
can you tell me the best temperature to keep ranchu healthy?
In my place, they sell goldfish look like ranchu but their tails are weak, and they are very cheap compare with ranchu's price ! Just wonder which kind of GF they are
