straight the next day i brought him to see the vet...vet say his stomach got wind...now he's better already....

Glad your puppy is better now. There are matters that are better to seek direct professional advise rather than post on forum. With some medical condition timely attendance by a Vet is crucial.

Hi,
there are 2 main ways to upload photos.

1) Under Additional options, you are given the option to attach a file. You could attach photos there. However, some photos are too big to be able to be attached in this way. Hence, you would need to use the second method.

2) You have to sign up at Photobucket
After attaching photos there, you can put photos here by copying the image link.
