Hello from malaysia

Hi All,

I am from Malaysia...actually I have registered some time ago but haven't post any intro about myself...

I have keep birds since some time ago and I actually forgot when is the first birds that I keep...for Parrot, my first birds is a pair if budgies back in 1983...

I have some exposures about animals and pet but not really an expert in any species... I use to keep animals such as flying foxes, civet cat, mangoose, black shouldered kite (a birds of Prey), owl, turtle, fishes, squirrel, rabbits, dog, guiniepig, pigs, goose, duck, kingfisher, magpie robin, common mynah, hill mynah and more... yeah many of them it is illegal in Malaysia, but since most of them are free roaming (I keep them during the time I am in my 'kampung') so I have no issue with the wild life department..

Currently I am in Kuala Lumpur and just have few species of birds, some sugar glider, fishes, cats and some hamster only... .

I don't keep birds or other pets, but only keep ranchu. My wife and daughters have 2 cute chinchillas called "Tako and Baby" which I bought for them many years ago.

Nice to have people from other countries sharing the same hobby together. Hope to hear from some ranchu hobbyist from neighnouring Singapore like Malaysia and Indonesia. Thailand already got.
