Beware Of Physco Buyer/seller

A lesson learnt in my home:

A personnel who saw my ad contacted me asking me abt my blossom head parakeet which is for sale. I advised him to come and view the bird.This bird is my bro in law's. The personnel named Fabian came down to my home with his girlfriend to view the bird.Instead he came and marketed his breeding box to me. His size of breeding box can simply bought @ goodswill for $80.His box was old, rusty , used and broken.I rejected his offer. Fabian snatched the box and throw the box and broke 2 of my neighbours flower pots and created a violet physco act outside my home.All my neighbours came out to see the commotion.He shouted vulgar words and was very angry why I didnt buy his nest.He was desperate for cash , guess.My whole family came out of my home.We were very angry with Fabian.We didnt respond to any violent acts cos I believe this guy has shown some childish beahviour and I guess he is mentally unstable. I only have his mobile number , which is a HI Card number.A Police report has been made against this person.If I happen to see him again , i will take further action @ the Subordinate Court.Mobile No. of Fabian 98105741.
I have also noticed that he has posted his ad @

My lesson learnt is :
If you are selling anything in the forum or ad, pls do not allow the buyer to come to your home.Please finish the deal somewhere where they is crowd.
Likewise we do not know whether the person is stable or unstable in mentality.The above person was very normal BUT acted violently few min later.We may have things to buy or sell BUT we dun want this scenario to affect our family.My sick parents are very affected by this incident.My wife is very sad also.Please be careful when dealing with this kind of hooligans.

It was very nice of u to make this known to the forum, especially to those who have been or are selling our stuff here. I guess it is a heavy lesson learnt for u and yr family, and i sincerely hope yr family can go through this ordeal soon and lead their lives normally.

This can also raised an alert to the public that whoever selling their things and carry their transaction in their residential, they are actually at a risk of running into such a suituation, and nobody will want this to happen. Once again, I hoped you will continue to be strong and help yr family to pass through.
