My Cat Is Going Nuts !!!

I couple of days a go I took my 2 year old cat to the vet everething went ok... until I camme back home. Suddenly he beging to lick his paws side and back profussely plus when this happen he just run like crazy and hides under the table or the kitchen cabinets. and avoids me and the other female cat I have somebody please tell me what happen with him!!

I should be worry?
Is the first time this happen...

vet visit

I took him for a dietary consultation, the doctor check on him amd he looks perfect... after whe we came back home the problems start

he sems ok.. but just to be shure I bought a anti-flea collar so far soo good... exept for for his chicken intolerance problem...
