I am glad that everyone is happy with their parrot and is not selling them away. But my search continue. When there is a will there is a way. Do PM me if any parrots especially Amazon is availiable.

whats your plan to prevent a similar mishap from happening?

bulldozer is a very dedicated owner, that mishap, i am sure, was purely accidental. He gave an underweight umbrella cockatoo with 2 toes missing a good home and now, the too is back to it's healthy weight and has a good home.

just keen to find out what precaution he is taking now to prevent such mishaps from happening. can be useful for other dog owners too.

it was pure accident, my snauzer has being playing with the birds, but that faithful day, is is pure animal instint for the dog to chase when excited by a fast moving target.
But now, bird go in dog come out of the cage and vice versa.
