Classification of Age Grouping for International and MKA Champ Dog Shows in MALAYSIA

Classes offered............Defination of Classes

MINOR PUPPY.................Dogs above 3 mths to 6 mths

PUPPY...........................Dogs above 6 mths to 10 mths

JUNIOR..........................Dogs above 10 mths to 15 mths

INTERMEDIATE*..............Dogs above 15 mths to 24 mths

OPEN*...........................Open to all Dogs above 24 mths

VETERAN........................Dogs above 6 years old

MAL.BRED.......................Dogs Whelped in Malaysia and above 6 mths



For MKA Championship Dog Shows, all undefeated dogs/bitches in their respective Classes (except Minor Puppy Class) are eligible to compete for CHALLENGE CERTIFICATE (CC).


*At International Dogs Shows with attribution of the F.C.I. CACIB, only Intermediate and Open Class dogs/bitches can compete for CACIB. MKA Challenge Certificates are also offered for all classes (except Minor Puppy class) at International Dog Shows.
