We thought that 50 BBRs will be ample for the workshop and there may even be some left to give away as raffle gift to participants but we guess that we are very wrong. I have only discussed with my partners only for 50 pieces of the Kashino BBRs since we are loosing money from these fish. I hope that people will take this Workshop as a meeting place of ranchu lovers to exchange view and foster cooperation for the future and not as a swap meet for cheap ranchu. We are not participating in this event because we want to sell fish or trying to get rid of our left over stock. (Our fish pretty much sell themselves without me having to do anything.) This is our venue to meet and greet the ranchu public of SG and Malaysia. I have tried to select good Kashino BBRs for the workshop so that to minimize the unwanted criticisms which the organizers are facing in the other forum. From the pictures of all the fish, it should be apparent that these are not reject fish and they represent our good will towards the TVR hobbysists in Singapore.
After having said all that, I have to informed all that I have been contacted by so many other people (from both SG and Malaysia) that are not currently on the list of participants and they are all wondering if we could some how extend the $50 Charity Kashino BBRs to them as well. I have discussed this with the organizers of the Workshop and informed them that I will have to discuss with all my partners since all the fish that are left at the farm cost much more than $50 dollars and it will not be fair for us. After a lengthy discussions with every one here at Absolute, we have come to the conclusion that if the price of the addtional Kashino BBRs(above the 50 pieces we have pledged earlier) are slightly more then we could consider allocating more Kashino BBRs for the Workshop. Most every one know that our bulk price for the Kashino BBRs is $85 SGD per fish from the earlier order thus we proposed that the price of the requested additional special Kashino BBRs for the participants of the Workshop be $70 SGD. The additional $20 SGD per pieces will be used to compensate for our costs of bringing down all the cargo for the trip. (Thai International charges us per kilo for the live fish freight onboard. You are welcome to check the rate, it's certainly not cheap!) I hope that this resolution will be acceptable for all concerns. Please kindly contact Mr.Ranchu Lover to discuss with him how you can reserve these special Kashino BBRs. I hope that this will make every one happy.

The details of all the medication could be found in my posting under gill problem. I could bring down the medication that I have at home to show people. Most of the Japanese Medications at the farm have been sold out and we are now using the local Thai brand medication at the moment. They are called AQ1 and AQ2. I do not know if people will be interested in them since the medication is not Japanese.

Maybe you can show the empty boxes and we can take an order later after the workshop. |

Due to overwhelming demand for the Kashino BBR, we have decided to offer another 25 pieces at $70/- a piece and is limited to 2 pieces per person attending the workshop.
There are many participants coming down to attend the workshop through Ranchushop in Thailand and Malaysia and they are complaining that they have been left out of this BBR deal. My sincere apology as I did not forsee this problem. This is a ranchu workshop and not a ranchu selling exercise. Kindly excuse me for my lack of judgement in this matter. To all who have missed the deal, my humble apology. |

I will do better, I will buy some and take them with me to SG and give them away as raffle prize at the Workshop. Furthermore, I will try to find as many ranchu goodies as I can find and bring them down so that we can have some fun together with the prizes. IF you have any suggestions, I would love all of your opinions.

Interested in the way Kashino treat his fish. Hope the medication will be in small sachet or not in big packaging so all hobbyist can own them juz in case problem arise(must have medication). I have lost a few fishes due of lack of medication and experience. Newbie normally learning the hard way.... I think able to take care of the fish is as important as buying a good fish. Will the farm be selling the medication later or will it be just for the workshop only? ![]() |
