June, have you tried Addiction's Zen Vegetarian dry food? It's supposed to be good for dogs with allergies. I've heard lots of good things about this food.

in fact, I'm comtemplating between addiction raw dehydrated and wellness fish, or Natural balance fish or natural balance vegetarian.

but, it's becoming a very big issue for me to change his food, ever since his skin turned from normal to red to black looking colour.

A popular kibble brand for dogs with skin problems is Abady. Some people would also recommend going on a BARF diet, such as Dr B's. I have been researching the topic recently, but i haven't made a decision on whether i will switch to a BARF diet. The BARF diet does have a lot of benefits. You could read more on Dr B (SG)
