Try to feed duckweed or spirulina flakes every alternate day for one meal. They may slim a bit la. Let them eat some vegetables to loss weight like human beings.

Hi Geert,

I think I can understand what you mean by the last sentence. I think one can read all you want about ranchu and still catch no ball...most important is to keep on looking at pictures and video of ranchu...kind of like appreciating art.....somewhere along the line the word "balance" will become meaningful. PLease correct me and appreciate your inputs.

its hard to say too bro ... i were eating duckweed nonstop... thats why now so fat....

I have seen monk that are "pui pui". Are they not vegetarian?

How many times did you feed the ranchus per day. Monk also can be fat if one day eat ten meals although vegeterian right.

Bro how can u see any monk when u always c ranchu?

even if u were to c a fat monk.. u will think its a fat ranchu...
