Beautiful pictures. I love them very much. I have seen the DVDs, and my friends' pictures and many pictures in magazines, but I have yet to see these beautiful ranchu captured so wonderfully. Thank you very much Geert, I am speechless. These pictures are themselves, education for all you ranchu enthusiasts every where. Save them to your scrap book, not only are they something to behold, but they are also excellent tutors for all our ranchu hobby. This is how you want to make your fish become, one day. For you breeders out there, it's time to wipe your mouths, and get back to work. Such a long way to go for all of us. Excellent job, Geert.

It is an incredible experience to see these GIANT Oya swim in a bowl. The size of the first 4 Oya is just INCREDIBLE. The head of the East Ozeki Oya is the size of a big fist. The power of its caudal peduncle made me shiver. And this was only a young Oya (3 years).
I think that Mr. Mita West Ozeki Oya makes a chance to do well again at the AJRS 2005.

Regards,

Geert Coppens

OK, here are more photos of the AJRS 2004. These are the Nisai. Unfortunately, some of these photos are not so good due to the sunlight at the time I made the photos.
The first two photos are the EAST OZEKI NISAI of Mr. Mita.

Regards,

Geert Coppens
