Hwa Mei costs a 'bomb' nowadays.
 

The Hwa Mei (Chinese Thrush) are very expensive to own these days. This is mainly due to China prohibiting the export of this lovely singing/fighting bird. This is a very good situation to be in if one is a local breeder of this variety of song bird. Anybody here knows of people here breeding this bird? ::)
