Baby rabbit

My baby rabbit is now almost 4 weeks old and still wants to suckle. Will only nibble some grass and vege, won't take pellet food. How do I wean this baby from milk? Won't take soft food like bread either.....

actually u can just leave baby with mummy...its only wise to seperate baby n mummy when baby had reach abt 2 mths old... :)
