Help needed in pairing of chinchilla

I have some questions and wonder if anybody could help. I am pairing a male and female chin. They have been staying in a cage since 4 months ago. But till now, the female still quite reluctant for the male chin to go near her. When the male chin try to hump her, she will turn around and bite the male chin. The male has been trying and trying but still "no chance". *bang head And recently, she has been pee-ing abit around on planks or floor (she has been trained using pee-pan) and the male chin keep licking them. What is happening? How do I make them fall in love?? :confused:
