albino cockatiel?

i have a pair of mating cockatiels. the female is grey and male has yellow face. two of four eggs hatched on dec. 21 and 25. the xmas baby has red eyes and white feathers coming in. the older one is grey and white. are there any special needs the white one will have or will he/she be a normal bird.also i think it is nice to have a white bird born on xmas day.
