baby budgie
 
hihi , juat brought a baby budgie at Goodwill.. for $35 that guy say is about 2 months old .. i brought it home and find out actually they cut the wings of the bird... that guy say is handfeed when they will baby, but it seem like quite scare of me .. keep running away and fly around .. how to i tame it and it look like very sleepy .. give me some advise guys !

Maybe its really handfed but just that there is a change of environment so it is tense up. Take your time. Let it get use to it 1st, slowly it'll perch your hand.

Agree. The prices for budgies have increased though.
