Why?

Just wanna know.... Why are my brother's Fisher Lovebirds changing colour? We realize the 2 older ones have brighter orange heads and less green on the body. Actually, the green is now an orangy shade.. :confused:

As lovebirds mature, their colours become brighter and more prominent, this is true for all lovebird genus, including red faced lovebirds, madagascar lovebirds, peachface, whiteface.. etc
