Watery lump on my CAG head (Urgent)

I have a CAG with a watery lump on his head. It is not obvious but when you touch its head it have a slight watery bump feeling.

Would like to check with the experts here if they had encounter such cases?

Safer to bring to the vet.Could be filled with pus.

Totally agree with cockatielluver,

Bring to the vet is the best option... I am not sure but seem like it get some pox virus...
