African Cicchlids or Malawee from Thailand
 

I would like to share some nice pictures of varieties of Malawee or African Cicchlids bred in Thailand. There are more than 100 species that are currently being bred. I have been able to compile pictures of over 50 species thus far. I will be presenting you all of them here today. I hope that you will enjoy these beauties. They are quite lovely subjects indeed. The end result were also much more dramatice than I expected. I will try to illustrate each of their names, but please forgive me if I make some mistakes since the name in Thai and the official english names are often quite different.

The first fish is the Albino Ice Blue (Pseudotropheus Greshakei Albino).

4. Blue Dolphine (Cyrtora Moorii) - This fish is quite special for it also develop a forhead similar to Flower Horn or Loahan as it gets older. It will also gets darker in colour as well. Older fish are presented in the last two pics.

5. Peacock Malawee (Aulonacara Red Peacock)

The last two are also Red Peacock Malawee. Some are more red and some have more blue streak.
