pregnant dog temp?

my dogs temp went from 100 lastnight to 99.3 today and she is due to have pups anytime from now til xmas? does that mean she is in labor? she is still eating. but not her dog food, she was digging alittle today and she sleeps off and on so its hard for me to tell?
