Questions about breeding...
Hey there, my female silver shaded chinchilla is acting a little weird... I think she needs to mate...
I do not wish to neuter her but i do not know how to go about breeding her the 'right' way. As I've realised that strict measures are now taken so that your cats won't multiply. I s there anyone who can help me out here? :confused: |
If you are not going to breed with this young lady correctly its in her best interests to have her desexed otherwise to have her continuously call for a male she may get pymetra which is pus in the uteruses and is extremely dangerous to the female and can kill if not treated correctly

nitty... i think you should spay your kitty because it is not a pedigree. i think i told you it did not even look like a chinchilla, pedigreed or not. to breed,you have to begin with the right breeding stock in the first place. if you are interested in learning the basics, go to www.cfa.org and read up. genetics, standards and feline husbandry are all important things u have to learn before you start any breeding program
