6 month african grey help needed with diaohrrea
 

Hi I am new on here and was wondering if anyone can help me please...
I have a african grey parrot who is now 6 months old. Am unsure if it is male or female.

4 weeks ago its diet was .....
pretty bird complete food for african greys
fruit sprinkeled with daily essentials
and calcivet in water

PROBLEM
it has horrible vile smelling diaohrrea, it smeems to empty its bowls a massive lot in the morning, it splatters everywhere and the smell is horrendous also emptys them in the evening too, sometimes normal ones threw the day if we are luck.

Was adviced to stop the calcivet. For 4 weeks now it has been on pretty bird and a few seeds per day but still has horrendous smelly poo. Scooby seems really happy in its self too.

Do you mean that this is just happen (after you provide calcivet in water?) and after you stop giving calcivet to him no more diarhea but the poop still very smelly?
