How often do u check the rabbit ears especially lop rabbits?

Just checked Munchy's ears. one side clear and the other side very dirty, cannot remove with wet cotton. cos it's very hard.think should be very long time liao. got to bring him to vet again.When i got him home 2 week ago, the vet and i forgot to check the ears. How often to check and clean the ears huh? :confused:
