Pregnant Chin not eating
 

Hi All,

My pregnant chin has not been eating for past two days...but she is still active.. can anyone advise what can i do :(

Is she due soon? How you know she is pregnant?

Is she eating either hay or pellets ?

Give her some treats or rice cereal for the time being, at least get her to eat something first.

When one of my male chin died, the preg female also did not eat for a day or two. After giving her rice cereal on the 3rd day, she resumes her normal eating habits.

Alternatively, try apple syrup, an appetite stimulant which can be bought from Namly animal clinic, always works on my chins!
