Ranchu and Goldfish Competitions in Jakarta, Indonesia
 

Greetings all members,

I hope that every one has had an excellent Chinese New Year's break. It has been a very busy season, indeed, at our farms in Bangkok. This is during one of the busiest season for all of us. We have had so many ranchu functions all over the place, on top of the many broods of black babies that we currently have at the farm. It is a bit daunting but fun, nonetheless.

I will slowly digest all the raw footage that I have taken from all our activities and relay to all the members here in due course.

Today I would like to present a series of pictures from a ranchu and GF competition that the Absolute Farm had co-organized with the Jakarta Goldfish Society of Indonesia. The Absolute team broght over to Jakarta, Mr.Kashino and Mr. Jatupon (A Chonburi) as judges for the topview competitions that day. The Show was held in Jakarta, Indonesia during the 20-21 January 2006 at the World Trade Center Mangadua (WTC M2). There were topview ranchu competition, sideview ranchu competition, Varieties GF competitions and Laohan competitions all arranged at the same time.

With the kindest and most hospitable host being Mr.Daniel Nurjahja, President of the Jakarta Goldfish Society, the Absolute team were made to feel right at home in Jakarta. Our team has brought over many show quality topviews and sideview ranchu of all sized for demonstration and for sale. The main sponsor for our side for the show is the Absolute Fisheries, "Goldawic", The GF vitamins for all you serious keepers, and products from Whitecrane company. Our Indonesian friends has prepared an excellent booth for the presentations of all our products and arrange great atmosphere for all the competitions.

The amount of topview ranchu that showed up for the Show is only twenty some pieces. But to all our amazement, the overall quality are so impressive. Some of the pieces can easily go to competition in Japan, as mentioned by Mr.Kashino.

I hope that you will enjoy the picture show. I will sure to have many more interesting activities to show y'all soon, I promise. I have quite a few series in stock and ready for publication as soon as I get some free time. Cheers and sawasdee krap.
