Puppy Diet

Hi,
Some guidance needed here:

I am feeding my 1 & 1/2 mth puppy mix wet & dry food.
How old should I switch to total dry food?
Wat meat is good for my Chivas? Now I am feeding him 'Cesar' wet food, Mix flavours(chicken, beef etc).Is it good/healthy to have many flavours? Can I mix different brands?

At 8 weeks the pup should be able to handle dry food.
Fresh meat you buy and cook are better value for your money. Can food contain average 70% moisture!
