My Marchioro Cage
I am delighted with my new cage. first of all its big - 160 cm in length. Its got a pullout tray so it makes cleaning much easier. Also, since it comes with a good base which allows pee and poo to drop into tray without getting their feet all icky, it means i can save on litter too - cos i can use newspapers and the buns won't be able to shred and step on them. Linda from happy paws in ser north is one cool lady. She recommended it. Plus compared to marukan and other brand names that i cannot afford - this one is much cheaper. Thanks Linda if your'e reading this.
Prior to this i use a playpen. But accidents leave stains on the floor. Yippee hoo- viva good bunny cages!
for new owners, sometimes, like me, look for cheap solutions. Many cages are much cheaper, BUT can be impractical. Some with wire bases can lead to sore hocks. Others the entrance to cage is only from the top - that's fine cos bunnies sure can jump, but cleaning is a real headache. I could have saved a lot of dollars if only i was decisive and bought a good cage once and for all. After all, buns are long term companions, and its really true what they say - penny wise pound foolish.
