For cage wires, it depends on the rabbit itself. Some rabbits don't have any problems with it, while others can get sore hocks while on wire cages. A easy way to solve this problem is to use bathroom mats to cover the wire.

As for litter training, it's quite easy but requires some patience for stubborn rabbits.
