I have been into many pet forums (local and overseas), also never see such a double KS (kiasi and kiasu) moderator/owner! Everything oso cannot.... Haiz.... What's wrong with posting pics of baby chins? Even if the chins are indeed for sales, as long as the breeder dun publicly advertise, and use PM to communicate, I tink it is fine lor... Some more, good chins are hard to find in S'pore. Chins are not like hamsters, where you can find them almost in every pet shops (not forgetting the fact that hamsters can breed every 2-3 weeks)...
The thing I cannot stand is the moderator actually read the members' PM! This is defintely privacy intrusion... PM = Private Message, NOT Public Message lor.... Even as the forum moderator, he/she doesn't have the right to read other ppl's PM... Big companies like Singtel/M1 oso never read our sms, right?
I dun understand why he/she is so much against chins, esp chin breeders! The only reason I can tink of is he/she must be a petshop owner, and biz is getting worse due to ppl selling live animals in the forum.... Hehehe!
