You really should bring your cat to a vet ASAP. Blood in its stools is a very bad sign. Your cat is only suffering now, without medical care.

Some reasons could be kidney failure, stones, obstruction in the digestive system etc ( I am guessing based on dogs though, but it should apply to cats too)
