You mean you got the picture from a friend and not the fish???. Aiyo, people give you "very beautiful fish really..." (whether picture or actual fish?) and you can forget their name ah. 
Anyway I believe the picture is most probably from a Taiwanese website. Many Taiwanese breeders keep these high dorsal fin Guppies.
