Help!!!

Hey, is there anyone out there can help me? I have a pair of rabbit (Angora Mix Lionhead), female...about 3 month to 4 month old...I keep them indoor, but they simply shit everywhere...I heard they can be trained so they dont simply shit...
Another thing is ...is it a problem if I put the two rabbit together? will they fight each other?
