but won't feeding kitten food to adults be a little "heavy nutitioned" for adults? i know that some ppl feed kitten food to their adult cats because its more nutritous and to beef up the cat...
anyways, my cats eat fit32 because they're plain monkeys who need loads of energy to wreck my house.

Hi all,

I feed my Persians RC Persian 30, RC Babycat 34, RC Kitten 32 and I love the result.

I know that some breeders all over the world feed their entire females kitten formula or even babycat formula some weeks prior to matting. I was told by a vet that it is a reasonable thing to do. The reasons to do so are:
1. Most dam will lost quite some weight after the labouring. If you weight them you'll know they're lighter than prior to pregnancy.
2. There's a relation between dam's weight with kittens' birth weight.

However keep in mind that too much fat could and does block the ovary.

Does any of you ever feed your cats with Innova? I found it to be good. The protein contain is nearly as much as raw meat, 43 %. All ingridients are organically grown. Too bad that the supply continuity is not as good as the quality of the food.

regards,
Yukie
