"the park would have to cull all the birds in the particular aviary" That too cruel. I think this may be too late and will not stop the deadly virus from spreeding in the park.
Should start to vaccine all or at least those birds that are keep in open aviary.
Endanger species, show birds and breeding pair should be kept in enclosed aviary to prevent unnecessary culling.
Just hope that Singapore will not hit by the dealy virus.
