To help you with your dogs skin problem, the following is recommended by the manufacturer of DORWEST HERBS

"To treat the condition give the treatment dose of GARLIC & FENUGREEK TABLETS to deal with any minor infection and also the treatment dose of MIXED VEGETABLE TABLETS to relieve the irritation and cool the skin. This should be continued for at least ONE MONTH of treatment, reducing to the lower maintenance dose as the condition improves. For dogs and cats who are susceptible to skin problems it is sensible to keep to white meat diet to reduce the likelihood of the condition recurring. If hair loss has occurred as a result of scratching this can be improved by giving KELP SEAWEED TABLETS to encourage good coat growth, but this should ONLY be given after all irration has subsided.
EVENING PRIMROSE OIL capsules ir liquid are excellent supplements for animals with skin problems. They can either be given with herbal medicines from the start of the treatment or when the condition is improving to encourage coat regrowth and maintain the skin.
EASY GREEN is beneficial for cooling the skin and should be added to the daily diet of animals suffering from skin problems.
COMFREY & CALENDULA SKIN BALM is suitable to use externally to sooth dry sore, scaly or damaged skin during treatment."

COAT CONDITION
-----------------

KEEPER'S MIX is a high quality all round supplement which given daily will maintain a strong healthy thick coat.

EVENING PRIMROSE OIL capsules or liquid will help promote a long silky coat, improve a scurfy coat and reduce shedding.

Adding approciate oils to the daily feed will prevent dryness and maintain a healthy sheen and for this WHEATGERM OIL capsules or liquid is particularly recommended.
Coat health also depends on a regular grooming regime to remove dead coat and tone the skin, particularly during moulting period......."
