WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM TENANT:
- 1 month rent as deposit
- Min stay is 1 year (best if 2 years)
- notice of termination of lease: at least 1 month (if not forfeit deposit)
- dog lover or dog owner (can bring dog along and allowed to roam if our dogs are ok with each other)
- everyone is to be responsible for their own mess and own dog's mess (if bringing along)
- do not smoke (can smoke outside the house, but no smoking in the house)
- allowed to use fridge, washing machine, kitchen.
- expected to wash the toilet and keep it clean (for MBR)
- expected to keep own room clean (Vacuum cleaner will be available for use)

the common room is actually seperated onli by a sliding/folding door (can lock by padlock)...this room is quite big and can fit 2 single beds or 1 queen size bed with study table and wardrobe...will be good for couple...
I can get a contractor to change it to a proper door if e person renting wants...but if e person dun mind, then i dun mind leaving it as it is and maybe lower the rent a little...

for the MBR, it is quite small, but comes with attached bathroom with instant shower heater...

Currently the place is filled with the previous tenant's stuff, but he will be moving them out and the palce will be empty. I will be putting in furniture into the bedrooms such as bed, wardrobe and maybe a study table...

so those that are keen, if u contact me now and confirm, u can specify u want queen, king or single bed...
