Competition Title: Best Fancy Dress Lunar Dog Costume Competition
Judging criteria: Dog owner and dog to dress up in exciting lunar costume. There are exciting prizes to be won!

Terms and Conditions :

Dog owner and pet dog must be dressed in any interesting Chinese New Year costume.

Submit this registration form with a 4R size photo of you and your dog dressed in any Chinese New Year costume. Entries must be submitted by 11 December 2005. Send to :

3. All photos submitted are non-returnable.

The Singapore Mint will shortlist participants based on the 4R photos submitted, to attend the finals held at Suntec City, Tropics Atrium on 1 January 2006. Only shortlisted participants will be informed by mail by 18 December 2005. Shortlisted participants are required to sign The Singapore Mint’s indemnity form

5. Owner must look after their pet dog and ensure that the competition venue is kept clean.

6. The Singapore Mint reserves all right to change any of the terms and conditions of the draw and award. All prizes, terms & conditions may change without prior notice.

7. The Singapore Mint assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entry forms.
