My 3 Gerbils (All sisters)

Adopted them. There were 6 of them, all sisters, but had to separate 3 for my uncle because he adored them.

They are great escapees, so ensure a secure lid. Fed them dried mix, with small pieces of fresh fruits regularly.

Can't wait to see them all round. No intention of breeding them, because they do need ample space and I'm contented with only 3.

Anyone have gerbils, do share the pictures.. As I'm quite new to them, if alright do share tips and pointers?

Thks!

Hi fellow Gerbil-lover!

Geez...
Your gerbils are real adorable! I like black Gerbils (as how I like black mollies, black rabbits, etc) Is it true they'll become very rounded when they age? I'd seen a very round and aged gerbil, with very chubby cheeks.

Regards,
Bigtoe

Wow, you like blacks too? I got 2 male black gerbils, a father and son. The father gerbil is my fatest gerbil. He is quite round. I tried putting a wheel inside the tank but the gerbils chewed it up into pieces.

I also got black rabbits heheheh....

In reply..

My very first pets were black mollies and I'll carry the plastic tank of a pair of mollies with their fries everywhere I go, remembered I actually pick up tiny tuibifex worms from the bigger ones just so that the fries can eat. After that time I really liked black. Also like black ranchu. You have a black rabbit... do show his/her pictures?

Regards.

You sure like animals!

I suppose you do have a big house with a big yard. The animals (especially bigger ones) will have ample space to exercise. Looking forward to see their pics! Imagine, a couple of black rabbits!

Regards.
