Actually there are litterbox for dogs. It comes in a complete toilet training kit with sand and instruction booklet. I suspect the idea don't catch on so well is because dogs often kick with their rear legs after doing their business whereas cat just use their front paws to gently cover the feaces. In this case a CHH being very small, mostly smaller than cats makes it worth while to use such a toilet training system.
