That is not correct. The Van Oort's Palm Cockatoo (Probosciger aterrimus stenolophus) is as large as a Goliath but weighs slight more averaging 1200 grams for males and has a longer overall body length. In profile, they look bigger and longer than Goliath.
The crests are not smaller but of a different structure and there are more numerous feathers within the crest region.
It is very rare but there are breeders with breeding groups of this subspecies and pictures can be found on other discussion groups on cockatoos.
