Raw Food

hi guys....am changing my dog food from timber wolf to raw food....have try it out on giving him raw beef bought from mustafa (frozen kind),chicken liver and mutton bones...he seems to enjoy the beef n the bone but not the liver...after i try mixing the chicken liver with NuTribe...he finish everything....so now im actually planning to feed him raw beef/chicken/mutton for his 1st meal n then chicken liver mix NuTribe for his 2nd meal...i added vit c n vit b in his food too....now my question is...wat else have i miss out to complete the meal...pls advise...thks
