Ok that was just wrong, they should have been more civic and Paternal minded to restrain the dog and send the dog for added and proper training. Esp after the chasing and biting incident.

I think although it says that AVA's got no Juri's over the incident since it happened in the privacy of the home compound. The dog owners should be made liable and accountable with the ownership of the dogs taken away from them.

I agree, [!!!!!!!!] this incident can be regarded to complete lack of training and house breaking, and an obvious lack of animal nurturing in the house.

Tame house hold dogs just don't go biting the children in the house, and even more so, much smaller dogs.
