Rehomed GSD training

Hi Kitsilano,
I am motivated to ask you this question since your signature mentioned "GSD is my strength".

There's this GSD that is undergoing training. It's a rehomed dog. The dog seems to have been trained. Respond to all the basic command well except the movements are slow. Slow Sit, slow Down & lagging. When responding to the command one of the ears is usually a little turned. I interpret that as a certain amount of anxiety.

What do you make out of that?
