It is quite an important part. Before I was using the combination without the Parazan D, and it was not as effective. There are Parazan D available in solid form in Bangkok. However, I do understand that some medicines are hard to come by in SG. If you frequent Bangkok at all, I think that you can probably find some to take home for your personal use. One more thing is that, the Tropical Gold Medication is not only for fungus alone. Please check on the ailments list for this medication, ok.
