Bollywood Veggies...
A few of us decided we should pay Bollywoods a visit... was a very impromptu n really last minute decision to go. Would be fun if we could make it earlier, with a guide and of cos sunny day. Heres some pictures we taken for the day... enjoy!
We were there to catch the 2pm bus... (rain comes and goes like nobody's business...)
Its a hourly bus that starts from 9am to 5pm daily. $2 for the ride and u can hop on and off along the way to visit other farms along the way. This $2 bus ride also includes to visit to Bollywood Veggies Farm
Jiaxing our guide for the day... A for effort for doing some research on the net on the bus schdule, which is so important to those not driving. There are farms that are close by and u can walk without having to wait for the bus to come but PLEASE make sure u ask the driver 1st b4 u start walking else u maybe pleasently surprise how far your next farm is.

Dexter all ready for the trip...
Here we are!!!
It would be better to have a guide esp if u are going in groups, into the farm else y will just en up with trees and leaves and more trees and leaves... also pays to plan in advance... i.e. weather broadcast etc...
Dexter helping himself to the rambutas...
The good old childhood stuff we used to have fun with...
The toliet... like those in the Zoo.. so open concept!!! I like!!!
Of cos not forgetting to do our PR along the way...
The Poison Ivy Restaurant... (Off on Monday n Tuesday... so BYOF if u going on those days la)
Not only the weather forecast we need to look out for but also with the timing of flowering/harvest n such...
Got a glimpse of the owners house near the farm. Respect their pivate space so no picture taken. Managed to talk to Mr Lim and Ms Ivy themself along the way and A for being a very nice talkable and friendly host, think they got infected with the parrot virus... and heard them wanting to keep 1 b4 we say goodbye to them.
Next stop... MAX Koi Farm...
Also got the pleasure to meet up with the KOI Farm Owner, MAX, himself and had a little chit chat with him about his passion for koi n his work and lots. Small world I must say... he used to be owned by lots of parrots like us and is also another victim to parrot virus after talking to us and playing with Dexter.
Time really passes fast esp when we are having good time together. Till next time... of cos not forgetting he non-stop talking guide we had on the bus... OMG!!! :funny: Once u popped you never stop... Now i know what this means!!!
