Dear Parrot Expert...
Hi people! I'm thinking on getting a parrot but I've heard & read that that most of them are aggressive when they're sexually matured. Is this true? I don't mind the price but I prefer parrots that's medium sized, not necessarily that talks but one that doesn't mind cuddling or excessive handling. Which breed is the best?
Please advise.. Thanks!
