Parrot only eat sunflower seeds

My yellow crown amazon only feeds on sunflower seeds.

Even though I tried giving him all sorts of other food like nuts, fruits, veg, biscuits, parrot treats, etc, he does not even want to pick up to try the food.

I am concern about his nutrition. What can I do to get hm eat other food?

Any advise is much appreciated.
