SingLE Female Parakeet Laying Eggs is Lack of Vitamins??

Greetings ,

I have a Moustache Parakeet , Female which laid egg without a partner.
After laying the egg, she is not eating her food like how she used to eat before.

She only chooses and eats sunflower seeds even if I put in the mixed food for her.I have given her fruits and she just nipples and throws them away.No proper eating.I have also boiled eggs to give her but she is not eating as well. i have also put in a cuttlefish bone for her in the cage for her calcium intake but no progress wither.She is developing cage dominance and whenever I put my hand into the cage , she bites.BUT Once I leave the cage open for a while, she flys to me and is normal.She is tame and never bites once out of cage.

I am worried that she may suffer lack of any nutrients that may be vital for her after egg laying.Please advise me what kind of food I can give her to maybe force her to eat.Thanks for your guidance guys.

P.S : N Not forgetting Silvanus Koh who guided me on why a single female lays eggs.
